Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.

Join us for an evening filled with Fun, Friends, & Flowers! Delight in the opportunity to select and craft the perfect bouquet and boutonnière for your Prom night. Choose from either a single hand-tied bouquet or the bouquet and boutonnière package! Evening includes everything needed to create your prom flowers, refrigerated storage until prom, instruction from the experts, fun music, and snacks!
Pre-registration is required.
No physical ticket is issued. Once you complete your registration and payment, your name will be added to the list, and you will be checked in at the event.
No Refund: No refunds for no-call / no-shows.
50% Refund via Gift Card: All same-day cancellations will be eligible for an in-store credit of half the purchase price.
Gift Card: Cancellations made less than a week before the class will receive a Petersen & Tietz Gift Card for the full amount (less processing fees).
Full Refund: Please notify us at least one week in advance to receive a full refund.
