Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
Send Flowers and Support Something Important! Petersen & Tietz is a PROUD Partner in Education with Highland Elementary School (just down the street from us)! For every bouquet sold $10 will be donated directly to the school. What will this money purchase?
* New Shoes, Coats, Clothing, socks, underwear, and basic hygiene products for children in need.
* School Supplies for Teachers and Students.
* Food items for children with special food needs and the school's on-site food pantry.
* Items to help students throughout the school better learn and grow.
This arrangement will be arranged using the freshest flowers in bright, bold colors as pictured. Some substitutions may occur; however, the same shape, style, and colors will remain the same. Something
