Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
Palentine's & Pints @ SingleSpeed Waterloo
Join us at the Waterloo SingleSpeed on February 4, 2026 from 5:30 to 7:00. $25 gets one SingleSpeed beverage and a succulent pot to decorate for your Palentine, Galentine, or Valentine. (Add on additional succulent pots for $12 each to make for all your Valentines). Check in any time between 5:30 and 7:00 pm and get creating.
No physical ticket is issued.
Once you complete your registration and pay, your name will be on the list, and you will be checked in at the time of the event.
No Refund: No refunds for no-call / no-shows.
Gift Card: Cancellations made less than a week before the class will receive a Petersen & Tietz Gift Card for the full amount (less processing fees).
Full Refund: Please notify us at least one week in advance to receive a full refund.
