Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.
Join us for a one-of-a-kind design class where you will learn to create a traditional holiday centerpiece arrangement perfect for your holiday table. Everything will be provided for you to design your own custom bouquet. Register now for your spot, as space is limited. Saturday, December 19, at 3:00 pm in our Flower Shop.

Refund Policy:
No Refund: No refunds for no-call / no-shows.
50% Refund via Gift Card: All same-day cancellations are eligible for in-store credit equal to 50% of the purchase price.
Gift Card: Cancellations made less than a week before the class will receive a Petersen & Tietz Gift Certificate for the full amount (less processing fees).
Full Refund: Please notify us at least one week in advance to receive a full refund.
